You want to enjoy mom life.

Your kids are growing up so fast and you want to soak in every moment and be present - both for you and your kids.

But the reality is you feel stuck in survival mode: Just barely getting through each day, counting the hours until bedtime.

You know at your core that motherhood is a calling but hate that it feels so. hard. every. day.

You feel desperate for someone to pull you out of the chaos.

You’re swimming in anxiety, depression, and overwhelm making you feel like a failure in more areas of your life than you can count.

You long to feel deep contentment and satisfaction in your role as mom, just like you always hoped it might feel.

Hi, I’ve been there. I’m Ang, and I would love to be your new best mom friend.

I’m a wife & mama to two young kiddos, I have experienced postpartum anxiety & depression, and I’ve lived both SAHM life and working full-time mom life - both seasons chaotic and hard.

I also happen to be a Certified Mental Health Coach, Professional Life Coach, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling student working on licensure.

I’m still in the thick of motherhood with you, but with my experience and training, I’ve learned quite a few things along the way that have made life feel better for both me and my family.

So I started Mom Joy Coaching to turn around, reach out my hand, and help the next mama behind me.

If you’ve been craving…

"Angela was my life coach when I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. The first time I met her, I instantly felt comfortable sharing with her what I’ve been going through and since then, she has listened without judgment, given great feedback, and guided me in a positive direction. Her heart and passion for helping women truly is a beautiful thing, and I am so thankful to have had the chance to work with her. I would recommend her to anyone!" - Delanie

“Through my coaching sessions with Angela, I felt seen and heard. She would ask honest questions that dug deeper into my feelings and share Truth for whatever I was feeling. She helped me create thoughtful and attainable goals, which helped me feel less overwhelmed and confident that things I want to see in my future are doable. I highly recommend working with Angela if you’re feeling overwhelmed, your thoughts and goals are unclear, or you need a plan just to get through the week.”  - Laura

Mom Joy: Mental Health & Stress Resilience Coaching for Moms

Who Is This For?

The mom who feels stretched-thin. Run-down by endless expectations, demands, and always feeling behind where she’s “supposed to be: further along.

The mom who has always fixed and figured things out on her own, but the anxiety and depression won’t go away - which makes her feel defeated, and often like a failure.

The mom who is endlessly frustrated with her kids behavior, has tried all the parenting things, and can’t seem to tap into what that will make them act calmly and rationally.

The mom who has hidden dreams in her heart but can’t find the time, energy, desire, or courage to pursue it. Or the mom who simply longs for greater purpose, but doesn’t know what it is.

The mom who is tired of feeling like motherhood is running her life and ready to have a lifestyle that feels good, purposeful, and full of all the good stuff: what she loves most.

If you can relate to any of these in some way, Mom Joy Coaching is your key to tapping into a more intentional & enjoyable life.

"I began working with Angela during the darkest point in my life. Having her there to hold my hand and coach me meant the world to me, especially because of her accepting and nurturing personality. I am so thankful that the Lord put her in my life. She has been not only a coach to me, but also a friend, role model, and sister. Ang, thank you so much!" - Isabella

"Coaching with Angela left me feeling inspired, filled with joy, and more confident. I've said to my husband that meeting with Angela feels like going to a therapy session where I can share my goals and dreams, work on my thoughts and truly start to overcome my hangups. Angela is so kind and easy to open up to, and I would encourage anyone who gets the chance to work with her to not pass it up!" - Jasmyn

I get it. I know raising your hand for help can feel like admitting defeat.

I know pursuing support for your well-being can feel selfish.

We’re calling out those LIES right now.

Building your stress resilience as a mom is the most life-giving thing you can do for your family.

It creates a ripple effect in your home.

Your well-being impacts the well-being of each person you nurture in your home.

Mama, you are the thermostat in your home. You set the temperature of what the environment of your home feels like.

Your well-being allows you to show up as a nurturing presence in your home.

Ultimately, at the end of the day, it’s about being present and making an impact in the lives of our people - our family.

That gut feeling inside you telling you that you want change is drawing you closer to the version of motherhood God is calling you to.

Listen, I was drowning in postpartum depression and anxiety for 10 months before I finally got help.

Please don’t wait as long as I did. Your health and your family depends on you.

You are called and capable of living an abundant motherhood, and I am here to walk with you there.

Let’s Do This, Mama!
